The MIB focuses on the strategic and operational aspects of international business: purchasing and supply chain management, investment decisions, export financing, international marketing in an intercultural and digital context.

It provides an in-depth understanding of the global business context, including global economic trends, geopolitical dynamics, cultural differences and international trade regulations, focusing on the entire value chain of a multinational company or organisation. It aims to develop the ability to design, implement and evaluate international development strategies (strategic planning, competitive analysis, adaptation to global markets) and the leadership needed to manage multicultural teams, resolve conflicts and make decisions in complex and diverse environments. The programme also covers the skills needed to manage international operations (procurement, logistics, risk management), international finance (cash flow, exchange rate risk, international regulations) and international marketing, as well as the ability to develop business networks and partnerships as part of an international expansion strategy (analysis of growth opportunities, new markets, international mergers and acquisitions).

After completing the MIB, graduates have access to a wide range of positions in the field of international business and management. These activities can be carried out in a wide variety of organisations in France and abroad, such as multinational companies, governmental and non-governmental organisations (NGOs), economic development agencies and consultancies. They enable graduates to progress to more senior management positions as they gain experience and develop their leadership skills. International Business Development graduates can also become entrepreneurs or consultants offering their services to an international clientele.

prérequis

Bac+4 in France or equivalent level abroad
Bac+3 in France or equivalent level abroad and at least 2 years’ professional experience
Level of English required (IELTS 6/TOEFL 71/ Duolingo 100)
