Privacy policy
The new European Regulation 2016/679 of April 24, 2016 on the protection of personal data (RGPD) came into force on May 25, 2018. Its aim is to make companies more accountable and strengthen the rights of individuals.
EBS, 10 rue Sextius Michel – 75015 Paris is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals.
This data protection notice explains the nature of the personal data processed and how it is used.
1- WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
In accordance with Article 5 of the RGPD, we only process the data necessary to manage your user account:
– Surname, first name
– Email address
– Telephone number
– Credit card
We never process data relating to your racial or ethnic origins, your political opinions, your religion, your philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, the processing of genetic data, your sex life or sexual orientation.
2- WHERE IS THIS DATA STORED?
This data is stored on our secure internal servers.
3- WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA AND TO WHOM CAN IT BE DISCLOSED?
Only our company’s Data Controller has permanent access to your personal data.
In order to achieve the aforementioned purposes and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, the Data Controller may disclose your personal data only to :
– The company’s internal administrative services, which are bound by the strictest confidentiality,
– To subcontractors (service providers performing services on our behalf such as access providers or software publishers) who are themselves subject to RGPD regulations,
– Financial, judicial authorities or state agencies, public bodies, at their express request and within the limits permitted by regulations.
4- HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We retain your personal data for the period necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory provisions. After 5 years from the deletion of your user account, your personal data will be removed from the company’s servers.
5- WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?
In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the following rights: – Right of access: you can obtain information about the processing of your personal data, as well as a copy of your personal data.
– Right of rectification: if you believe that your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be amended accordingly.
– Right to erasure: you may request the erasure of your personal data to the extent permitted by law.
– Right to restrict processing: you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
– Right to object: you may object to the processing of your personal data for reasons relating to your particular situation. You have the absolute right to object to the processing of your personal data.
– Right to data portability, where applicable, you have the right to have the personal data you have provided to us returned to you or, where technically possible, transferred to a third party.
– Right to withdraw your consent: if you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
You may exercise the rights listed above and ask any questions you may have by sending an e-mail to rgpd@accelis.fr. You will receive a reply within 2 working days.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) in France.
