Master In International Banking & Corporate Finance

The Master’s in international Banking & Corporate Finance trains highly skilled professionals capable of understanding, analyzing, and managing the complex financial aspects of companies and organizations in a global context.
The program also emphasizes the key principles and practices of the banking sector, as well as emerging challenges linked to the industry’s digital transformation — including AI, Big Data, FinTech, and cryptocurrencies — and the growing demand for social responsibility.

This Master’s degree opens diverse career opportunities in financial departments, commercial and investment banks, auditing and consulting firms, financial markets, investment companies, asset management firms, insurance groups, and major international corporations.

The Master’s in international Banking & Corporate Finance is awarded as part of the Programme Grande École (Master’s degree) from EBS Paris.

THE DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM

The Master in International Banking & Corporate Finance is built upon the competency framework of the Programme Grande École, registered in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP).

This program provides an in-depth understanding of international financial markets and trains students to navigate a constantly evolving global environment.

Courses cover the key areas of international corporate finance, banking management, and market finance, striking a balance between academic rigor and real-world application.

Students develop advanced skills in:

  • Financial analysis and valuation of international companies and organizations
  • Strategic decision-making (capital structure, dividend policy, M&A operations)
  • Financial risk management and prevention (market, credit, interest rate, currency, and policy risks)
  • Portfolio and asset management (allocation, risk-adjusted return, investment valuation)
  • Financial programming and modeling (Excel, VBA, Python, applied econometrics)
  • Financial innovation (FinTech, Blockchain, digital payments, AI, DeFi)

Additional Certifications

The Master also includes:

  • AMF Certification (mandatory) – ensuring mastery of ethical and regulatory principles within the financial sector
  • Bloomberg Certification (optional) – enhancing proficiency in the professional market tools used by finance experts

Throughout the program, students engage in applied projects, such as creating a FinTech startup, and develop the ability to communicate complex analyses fluently in both French and English.

Each year, first- and second-year students complete an internship or work-study placement, allowing them to apply their skills in professional settings and strengthen their employability.
