MASTER GRANDE ÉCOLE

The Master Grande École trains managers capable of thriving in an international environment, supported by solid management expertise, action-based learning (Audace 6.0), and enhanced corporate immersion (100% Enterprise). The EBS Master Grande École awards the Master’s Degree (Grade de Master).

Program details

The Master Grande École is built on the EBS Programme Grande École competency framework, training international managers able to navigate complex and rapidly evolving environments.

In Master 1, you follow a core curriculum in Global Management, complemented by pre-specialization modules. With Audace 6.0, you learn through action, explore emerging technologies, and develop an innovative vision of management. The 100% Enterprise approach enables you to apply these competencies immediately through real-world projects, professional assignments, or work-study placements.

The Fusion Trail (EBS, Ferrières, École 89) enriches your learning journey through exposure to creativity, deeptech, hospitality, and the humanities, helping you develop an agile and well-rounded profile.

In Master 2, you choose your field of expertise from 9 MSc programs, allowing you to build a strong specialization aligned with your career ambitions.

Each year of the Master cycle includes an internship or a work-study placement to strengthen your employability. The EBS Master Grande École awards the Master’s Degree (Grade de Master).
