BACHELOR GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Aiming for a Bachelor’s Degree (Bac+3) and aligned with the Audace 6.0 framework, the Global Business Development specialization prepares students to support the international growth of companies. Defined by its strong international mobility in the 3rd year, it develops a deep understanding of global markets, cultural dynamics, and the key drivers of worldwide expansion.
Graduates can pursue roles in international development, market analysis, multicultural project management, or global partnership coordination, contributing to the deployment of business strategies across borders.

program details

The Global Business Development specialization cultivates future leaders of global expansion: innovative, intercultural, and empowered by AI and strategic analysis.

Anchored in the Bac+3 Visa of European Business School and fully taught in English, the Global Business Development specialization offers an in-depth understanding of the forces transforming global commerce today: geopolitics, technological innovation, cultural behaviors, and sustainability challenges. It builds the essential skills needed to analyze markets, design expansion strategies, adapt an offer to diverse cultural contexts, and manage international partnerships.

Aligned with the Audace 6.0 framework, it relies on the Fusion Trail, enabling students to blend business skills with deeptech and hospitality insights as preparation for future-focused careers. Training in AI, digital tools, international negotiation, and intercultural leadership forms the foundation of this hands-on, transformation-driven specialization.

The 3rd year of the program is entirely international: a first semester on the EBS Barcelona campus, followed by a second semester at one of the 80 partner universities worldwide. This global immersion enables students to directly experience the realities of international markets and develop the multicultural mindset required in global business environments.

Graduates are equipped to analyze complex environments, structure expansion strategies, manage risks, negotiate with international stakeholders, and steer growth beyond borders.
