The International Corporate Finance Master’s is based on the skills framework listed in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP), linked to the EBS Grande Ecole Program.

The International Corporate Finance Master’s program offers an understanding of global financial markets, equipping students to navigate international financial markets, comprehend regulatory differences across countries, and assess risks related to cross-border financial transactions. It focuses on acquiring expertise in international corporate finance, including the financial aspects of international mergers and acquisitions (such as company valuation, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition synergies management), as well as global corporate finance and international portfolio management. The program also provides in-depth financial analysis skills for international companies and a comprehensive understanding of global financial risks (political, market, and credit risks). Financial technologies (FinTech) are explored within the global financial sector, alongside the requirements for responsible investment and governance (ESG).

Each year, first- and second-year students in the Master’s program undertake internships or work-study placements to apply the skills learned throughout the program.
