MSc IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
The International Business Development Master’s program awards the Grande Ecole EBS diploma, Master’s Degree accredited Bac+5. This specialization, taught entirely in English, trains managers with a global outlook, skilled in international business techniques within a complex economic, cultural, and commercial environment.
The program emphasizes both strategic and operational aspects of international business: supply chain and procurement management, investment decisions, export financing, international marketing in an intercultural and digital context.

The Master in International Business Management is based on the skill framework associated with the EBS Grande Ecole Program, registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP).
The International Business Development Master’s program provides an in-depth understanding of the global business context, including global economic trends, geopolitical dynamics, cultural differences, and international trade regulations, focusing on the entire value chain of a multinational company or organization. It aims to develop skills in crafting, implementing, and evaluating international development strategies (strategic planning, competitive analysis, global market adaptation) and leadership required to manage multicultural teams, resolve conflicts, and make decisions in complex, diverse environments. The program also covers necessary skills for managing international operations (supply chain, logistics, risk management), international finance (cash flow, exchange rate risk, international regulations), and international marketing, as well as capabilities for building business networks and partnerships in international expansion strategies (growth opportunities, new markets, international mergers and acquisitions).
Each year, first- and second-year students in the International Business Development Master’s program complete an internship or work-study to apply the skills acquired through the program.
