PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The specialized MBA in International Finance & Business promotes the acquisition of skills in international corporate finance.
The MBA in International Finance & Business focuses on acquiring skills in global corporate finance, particularly in international mergers and acquisitions (including business valuation, transaction structuring, and post-merger synergy management), as well as managing global corporate finance and international investment portfolios.
Expertise in in-depth financial analysis of international businesses is gained, along with a comprehensive understanding of international financial risks (political, market, and credit risks). Financial technologies (FinTech) are also explored in the global financial sector, along with socially responsible investment and governance requirements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
Students holding at least a BAC+3 level (180 ECTS) or a BAC+4 level (240 ECTS) for entry into BAC+5.- EBS competition – application review and interview.
EDUCATIONAL TEAM
The MBA Specialization program is designed as a 18-month or 24-month continuum. The teaching team consists of EBS finance researchers and financial industry professionals.
