Msc In Leadership & Hospitality Management

The Double MSc in International Hospitality Management, developed in partnership with École Ferrières, is a 15-month program fully taught in English that prepares students to address the strategic, marketing, and operational challenges of the international hospitality and luxury sectors. The program covers the major pillars of modern and augmented hospitality — innovation, customer experience, entrepreneurship, and service excellence — and trains professionals capable of thriving in demanding, creative, and multicultural environments. 
The first intake will take place in 2027.

Enter the world of excellence in hospitality 

The MSc Leadership & Hospitality Management is a double degree jointly awarded by European Business School and Ferrières, fully taught in English. This program prepares students for strategic and operational careers in international hospitality and the luxury sector through projects focused on strategy, marketing, customer experience, and service excellence in multicultural environments.

The program places strong emphasis on essential professional skills: customer experience management, service innovation, team leadership, hospitality entrepreneurship, and high-end operations.

Through the partnership with Ferrières, students gain access to an exceptional network of companies — IHG, Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, LVMH, Hermès, Ladurée, and many others — offering privileged opportunities for professional immersion, internships, and career development.

Graduates can pursue careers in international hospitality, luxury, premium food service, and all industries driven by service excellence.

Please note: this MSc is offered as a full-time program. Work-study (apprenticeship) options are available only through admissions to the Master Grande Ecole.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT

    • Students holding at least a BAC+4 level qualification, equivalent to 240 ECTS credits

The teaching team of the MSc brings together academic faculty from European Business School (EBS Paris) and experts from Ferrières, drawn from leading hospitality and luxury brands. It comprises professionals recognized for their mastery of excellence standards and their in-depth knowledge of industry practices.
