MSc IN LUXURY BRAND STRATEGY & SERVICE DESIGN

This 15-month full-time MSc, taught entirely in English (50%) and French (50%), trains brand experience creators capable ofcombining excellence, design, and innovation within the luxury sector. Positioned at the intersection of brand management and service design, the program equips students to conceive responsible, emotionally engaging, and digitally enhanced experiences. Guided by experts from leading luxury houses and design agencies, students learn to craft customer journeys where art, technology, and meaning converge.(Work-study opportunities are available only through the Master Grande École pathway.)

The MSc in Luxury Brand & Service Design, a 15-month full-time program taught in English (50%) and French (50%), trains managers capable of designing the luxury experiences of tomorrow in a rapidly evolving industry. Rooted in the Audace 6.0 philosophy, it develops the essential skills required for future careers: strategic creativity, experience design mastery, understanding the expectations of new generations of clients, digital innovation, and sustainability within the luxury sector.

The program explores the leverscurrently reshaping luxury houses and brands: service design, luxury culture, brand storytelling, omnichannel experience, operational excellence, and emerging technologies applied to customer journeys.

Designed as an accelerator for those wishing to buildcareers at the intersection of management, design, and innovation, this MSc prepares students for hybrid roles where brand strategy, customer experience, creation, and innovation converge.

Please note: this MSc is offered as a full-time program. Work-study opportunities are available only through the Master Grande École admissions pathway.

professionals from leading luxury houses, creative agencies, and innovation studios. Accredited by European Business School and Ministry of Higher Education. 60 ECTS credits awarded per year, totaling 300 ECTS credits upon completion. Competency blocks are interdependent.
