MASTER PSYCHOLOGY & HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

The Master in Psychology and Human Resources Management is based on the skills listed in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP) associated with the EBS Grande Ecole Programme. It also awards the ESPÉ Master of Science in Psychology and Management degree. 

Combine the EBS Grande École Master’s Programme with the ESPE MSc in Psychology and Human Resources Management. This unique double degree blends psychology and management, training future HRM managers to excel in human capital management, organisational development, and CSR. 

Available as initial training or a sandwich course (12- or 24-month apprenticeships).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT

    • You have completed a BAC+3 level or equivalent with 180 ECTS. 
    • EBS Entrance Exam – application review and interview.

EDUCATIONAL TEAM

This 24-month program is taught by a joint team of EBS and ESPE lecturers specializing in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and Human Resources Management, alongside industry professionals from the Occupational Psychology and HR sectors. 

Skills

Upon completing the program, graduates will be able to:

  • Apply theoretical and practical HR knowledge to effectively manage human capital and enhance workforce productivity in diverse organisations.
  • Develop strategic HR policies that address current labour market challenges, including talent shortages, cultural and generational diversity, and evolving employee expectations.
  • Optimise talent potential and boost organisational performance through effective recruitment, employee training, performance management, and change management strategies.
  • Cultivate leadership and team management skills by fostering a positive and motivating work environment that drives employee engagement and productivity.

Certified by: European Business School and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. Each validated year grants the holder 60 ECTS credits. Upon completion of the Master’s program, you will have earned 300 ECTS credits. Competency blocks cannot be obtained independently from one another.
