Indeed, we believe that applying this motto is one way of making the world a better place. EBS is a signatory to the CGE’s charter of commitment to inclusion and respect for diversity in business schools.

for gender parity
Convinced that gender diversity is an absolute necessity for our society, we support the government’s move to promote gender equality through decree no. 2019-15 of January 08, 2019. To meet its requirements, we are implementing actions in favor of equality such as mentoring and coaching for our students. In addition, we place the fight against sexism and sexual violence at the heart of many of our initiatives.
We also have a unit dedicated to situations of sexual harassment or sexist behavior within our Well-being Center.
