EBS’s research policy aims to promote the high-quality scientific output of our teaching and research staff, to raise the profile of their work in the national and international communities, and to build up a pool of knowledge useful to our students’ learning.

Key areas of focus include transitions in finance and experiential marketing, addressing complex issues such as financial regulation, corporate governance, and the emotional and technological dimensions of the customer experience.
