THE POLITICS OF

RESEARCH POLICY

A school on a human scale, embedded in a family ecosystem of businesses, committed to providing its students with the best possible experience and responsibly anticipating human, technical, and managerial transformations, EUROPEAN BUSINESS SCHOOL has chosen to develop three areas of research that embody its identity. These areas of research resonate with contemporary themes in management sciences, enrich its teaching, and fuel the strategic and operational thinking of companies and EBS alumni.

Lived and offered experiences
Service, proximity,
customer and user experience

Explore innovative approaches to service relationships in different sectors, analyze the customer journey through behavioral and data-driven studies, and study the impact of proximity on customer relationships and business growth.

Transformation & Innovation
Managerial innovation, CSR,
digital and sustainable transformation

Identify the new roles and skills required in a rapidly changing global economic context, explore strategies for change driven by digital transformation and the quest for sustainability.

Agility & Performance
Family Business, Entrepreneurship, Ecosystems and Clusters

Determine the conditions for sustainability of growing companies and family businesses in competitive and uncertain markets, and analyze entrepreneurial initiatives in emerging or underserved markets, as well as hybrid interconnected business ecosystems.
